Good chill long run this morning! Had a good set of 8x100 hills towards the end that felt really good and hard! A really deep thought came up in my mind tho on the afternoon run tho. Coach has been talking alot about running for the team and not for yourself and that has been one thing that I have been struggling with lately. Its really hard to push for the team when you dont feel apart of it. I've been really struggling with feeling respected and included in activitys with the team. People only really respect you or talk to you if your the top dog. But there really isnt much I can do besides just trying to smile at people that ignore me and hope something changes. I'm just trying to find the postives in each day to make my life a good one!
