Today was a really rough run. I was fine on the first 10 minute tempo but as we moved into the second I knew it was gonna get tough. After a really though week negative thoughts came into my head and I was battling them the entire run. Lately i've been struggling with running and the mental battles it comes with. Stress has started to rule my life but i'm gonna fight as hard as I can and overcome this hard day.
