Who doesn't love a good set of hill repeats! This has to be one of the best work outs of the summer! As we came to the last rep of our 5x1min and 85 sec hill set I just smiled and asked for pain! I legit said in my head "pain, hit me already im ready for you" then it hit me!! I pushed through it like I have never done before and ended up in front of the main pack of guys and it felt amazing! I have a new mindset and am ready for the pain that awaits me!
