really feeling tired during the runs today both am and pm. The afternoon run is what really got me. The sun was way killer and it was really beatting down on the team and I. I could tell that everyone was way dehydrated and way tired. The moment I got back i ran to my water bottle and just poured half of it on myself to cool off. Man it was a killer run.
