recently I have been feeling way tired. I come to the thought that my body has been pushing itself to much but u have just come to the realization that this is where people become either great or stay where they are. After a crazy hard workout at bloominton i puked and that was the first time I have ever done that after a work out. I really did push myself on that last 5:30 rep but I still felt that I had more in the tank. Till next time
