today i did something diffrent! I really wanted to break 5 minutes so i did a mile time trial just for the heck of it!!! I wasnt able to break it but i wasnt that far off. this week has been really tough for running because i have only had 5-6 hours of sleep a day because of starting so early and activitys going so late. But I wouldn't have traded this experice for the world! Ready to get back into things!
