Really nice long run today! felt really fresh the first 60 minutes and loved the new loop we did! Starting a new month and im planning to blog daily because I have rededicated myself to the team! Really excited for the race tomorrow and watching the guys kick some booty!

Good solid morning run today! Going into the workout I had a bunch of negative thoughts in my head about the team over stupid drama. I've learned just to get over it and do whats needed to be done for my workout. I was able to overcome that and have a really solid work out with the guys! We packed really well on both 7 minute reps untill the last 30 seconds of the last one but we were still able to not be that far apart! I was way pooped moving into the 200 but was able to have a solid set and finish strong! Im way excited for region and state and im ready to make coach proud!

Postive:

  • Great packing in todays workout!
  • Carson and nathen waited for me when I had to go to the bathroom :)
  • I'm in great shape and ready to run fast!
