Its time for new shoes, my feet are starting to blister good. The run was good but really stressing lately. Working after running is really taking a toll on my body. I feel like Im not recovering enough going into my next run the next day. Also have really been worrying about this leadership camp that im going to on friday for 9 days and how I will get those runs in because it is tight schedule starting at 6am most mornings. I have a couple more camps I will also be attending and im really worried that I will loose my progression on being top on the team. I really have been working my butt off this summer because I want to make a diffrence.
